How we work

  • Terms of service agreed.

  • Type of extraction and scope of the request is specified (People, keywords, channels etc.)

  • We support you to export your slack data, including private channels and DMs.

  • Your data is securely received and processed. Messages matching your search criteria are extracted, including meta data like date, time, sender, channel etc.

  • Export results are encrypted and delivered to you in a CSV format – ideal for any additional processing or redaction you may wish to do.

  • After export, all data is erased from our systems.

  • GPDR compliant.

  • Excellent for quickly responding to data subject access requests (DSARs / SARs).
